The perpetrator, of 18 Okaka Street Adiyan, was said to have committed the act between May 16 and 20 this year knowing that she was always home alone.

After Azzez's counsel pleaded that the boy confessed to the crime, the Magistrate granted a very stringent bail condition of either 500,000 naira or two sureties with two landed properties each close to the court with payment receipt of four years as evidence of Tax clearance.

The Magistrate, however, warned the perpetrator never to go near the survivor's premises.
